We also provide a few stakeholder review meetings, remote coordination during installation, and a final system checklist. This option is best suited for mid-size offices or teams setting up 3 to 5 rooms. It does not include full-time project management or on-site oversight.
Full Partnership
Complete AV project management from planning through commissioning. It includes coordination with architects, general contractors, IT teams, and AV vendors, along with on-site visits when needed. We manage project timelines, key milestones, final system commissioning, user training, and documentation. This tier is best suited for larger projects such as executive boardrooms, multi-room setups, or full office buildouts. It does not include ongoing maintenance or long-term support.
